A Pleasure Craft Operator Card is required to operate power-driven boats and watercraft in Canada - It's The Law.
Boaters can obtain their official card, by successfully passing the BOATsmart! exam.

Feel free to stop by an take a dip at any of our public beaches.
13th Street Viewpoint - Beach Ave & 13th Street, across from The Gateway. Swimming beach, Spirit Square and picnic area. Beach Ride Rentals located across the street. No boats allowed in swimming area.
Antlers Beach - To the far south of Peachland and across from Hardy Falls Regional Park. Enjoy swimming, a picnic area and a dock. Surfers love to come to this beach to catch some waves.
Cove Beach - Beach Ave north next to Davis Cove Resort.
Beach Access, swimming, sandy beach.
Doggy Beaches - South end of Peachland at the Princeton Avenue and Beach Ave junction on the "T" Boat Launch.
This location features public boat launch and breakwater, swimming (dogs allowed) and picnic tables.

Second location at Strachan's Corner. From the Peachland Yacht Club at 8th Street to the Warf at Stachan's Corner - this is an on leash dog beach.

Okanagan Mountain Park - Straight across the lake from Peachland. Good overnight camping with shelter from north winds. Secluded sandy beaches with picnic tables, fire pits and hiking trails. Places to explore are Commando Bay and Wild Horse Canyon.
Peachland Day Use Wharf - Adjacent to Heritage Park in downtown Peachland. This wharf provides very good shelter from south and north winds. Located downtown across from many shops and restaurants, for day use moorage only.
Swim Bay - Located at Beach Ave and 6th Street in downtown Peachland across from the historic primary school.
This is the only life guard protected beach in the Okanagan Valley, from May long weekend to Labour Day. Featuring a wharf with diving board, zip line & rope swing, concession stand, picnic tables, washrooms and change rooms.
Trepanier Bay Beach - Beach Ave & Todd Road. Sandy beach with swimming area, washrooms, and boat launch.
